Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, a $115 late cancellation/non-attendance fee may apply.

This fee is payable privately and is not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Where there are exceptional circumstances, your psychologist may waive or reduce the fee at their discretion.
